Job Descriptions
1) รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ ของบริษัท เช่น ค่าน้ำ ,ค่าไฟ ,ค่าเช่า
2) รับผิดชอบในการจองรถ ,โรงแรม ,บ้านเช่า ฯลฯ
3) ดูแลงานแม่บ้าน ,รปภ.
4) รับผิดชอบในการจัดหาเครื่องใช้สำนักงาน ,อุปกรณ์ในการทำงาน ,เครื่องแบบพนักงาน ,ล็อคเกอร์
5) งานภาษีป้าย
6) งานต่อประกันรถยนต์ ,ภาษีรถ รวมถึงการนำรถเข้าเช็คตามรอบ
7) งานอื่นๆ ที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศ ชาย/หญิง อายุ 25 - 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี สาขา บัญชี, การเงิน, การจัดการ, การบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์, กฎหมาย, รัฐศาสตร์
- มีความรู้เรื่องระบบคุณภาพ ISO IATF16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
- มีความรู้ในกฎหมายแรงงาน, กฎหมายแรงงานสัมพันธ์
- มีวุฒิภาวะทางอารมณ์สูง และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ ถ้าสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
