Job Descriptions

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a factory • Overseeing all manufacturing operations, including planning, coordinating, and controlling the production process • Quality: Ensuring that products meet quality standards and are manufactured safely and efficiently • Budgeting: Developing and implementing budgets, and ensuring the factory operates within budget guidelines • Staffing: Hiring, training, and supervising production employees, including assemblers, packers, and equipment operators • Safety: Complying with health and safety regulations, and providing training and resources to ensure production teams understand safety protocols • Communication: Coordinating with other managers and staff, and meeting with suppliers and clients • Working Hour: Mon-Sat / 8.30-17.30 hrs.

Qualifications
