Job Descriptions
1.Recruitment process
2. Take care new comer, probation follow up and training
3. Handling all visa and work permits
4. General company admin and social affairs
5. Support various of company activities and events
6. Maintain and implement BOI privileges, such as import duty exemptions and corporate tax benefits. Oversee regular BOI reports and ensure timely submissions.
7. Other as assignment
Qualifications
- Majoring in HR Management / Public Administration
- Have at least 2 years HR experience from manufacturing background.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in BOI-related roles, including reporting and compliance is preferred.
- Good command English or Chinese.
- Willing to work in factory in Amata Chon Buri.
- Service Mind, and willing to do multi-task in HR and Admin field.
