Manages office crisis situations and creates procedures to prevent them.
Responsible for forecasting and managing budgets for travel, training, subscriptions, and entertainment for the Service Delivery and Infrastructure Operations department, including quarterly reviews and reports to management.
Ensures health and safety policies are followed by employees at the TBO office.
Works with managers to improve existing procedures and processes for TBO employees.
Oversees the 5S program at the Bangkok IT Department (TBO).
Ensures clear communication during crises and daily activities, managing proper escalation.
Leads meetings assigned by the IT Director or Service Delivery Manager, including invitations, rescheduling, and taking minutes.
Coordinates workshops, team-building events, and other activities for IT teams, including logistics and accommodations.
Manages visa, work permits, and legislative requirements for TBO employees and their families.
Supports management with Non-PO, PR/PO, travel requests, and expense reports.
Identifies and leads improvement and innovation projects.
Acts as the site manager for the Bangkok IT Department, overseeing office budgets, utilities payments, contracts for pest control and cleaning, office maintenance, and fire safety.
Coordinates office visitor hosting, internal/external audits, and ensures environmental data is tracked.
Manages rental contract renewals and liaises with building management.
