Job Descriptions
•Ensure high-quality standards in production, inspecting processes and outputs and staff. •Guide and direct factory team to implement highest standards of sanitation and hygiene and GHP in the manufacturing plant. •Lead and facilitate cross function team to drive resolution to any major quality issue affecting the organization. •Coordinate and direct functionally all quality related work and personnel. •Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes. •Holding authority to find out the corrective action plan on non-conforming quality requirement. •Leads and directs the process for Incoming Raw Material and packaging Inspection. •Lead the investigation of consumer complaints and develop corrective action to prevent recurrence of complaint. •Finding the root cause analysis of issue and arrange corrective action plan properly and effectively. •Develop and implement quality improvement programs provide guidance/training, QA awareness for all staffs, operators. •Conduct on site investigations for quality issue. •Manage raw materials and packaging materials specifications to ensure conformance to specified requirements. •Working with SEA Regional team for Supplier audit system, scheduling, perform supplier audit on quality and evaluate manufacturing facilities, follow up supplier corrective action and develop system to minimize product risk and ensuring that products and materials supplied by external vendors meet the company's quality standards. •Involves the entire process of NPD team to ensure that new product full fill all the food safety, quality and regulatory requirements as per local laws and Company standards before commercialization. •Access the material risk and identified the control plan. •Manage the relevant certificate, Internal and External audit related to GFSI, Company Global audit and Halal. •Ensure spending within QA budget
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Food Manufacturing.
  3. Process/Raw Material Receiving and Supplier audit.
  4. English communication skill.
  5. Good interpersonal skill.
  6. Experience in multi-national organization.
