Job Descriptions1.Create PO for special truck, normal truck and send email to warehouse , DC
2.Send email to service provider on special truck order lines once goods GR
3.Generate DN in the morning for 2days MAD
4.Allocation part - Update the order lines
5.Handle customer enquires (Update sales order lines /pull-in / push out / cancellation/route, etc)
6.Change CRD for SLT orders , must inform customer by email
7.Review and change route for customer to ensure the process will be smooth
8. change the CRD per console day every week
9.Send email to Planner every month end week to remind them to update allocation file
10.Last week of month end, daily manual create DN for orders to early PGI for 3days orders (exclude ASEAN customer)
11.Create RMA# for return from Customer
12.Scrap PO
13.Signature and stamp for shipment documents send to service provider
14.Issue PO to confirm customer orders
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, BA (related fields).
- 1-2 years in officer level in customer service or supply chain works or in related business
- Able to use Microsoft office (Word/Excel/ PPPT/ etc) and email.
- If able / able to use SAP or have experience to work with SAP will be good to support this role.
- Have basic knowledge in ISO / IATF standard in manufacturing field.
- Able to work at Gateway plant, Chachoengsao
