Job Descriptions
1. กำหนดค่ามาตรฐาน (Spec. / Standard) ในการตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ในองค์กร ให้ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า 2. กำหนดจัดฝึกอบรมให้คำแนะนำและวิธีการตรวจสอบที่ถูกต้องสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ 3. รับผิดชอบแผนงานด้านการประกันคุณภาพ การพัฒนาระบบคุณภาพ ในผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ และปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์เดิม ร่วมกับทุกแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง 4. ดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับปัญหาสินค้าด้านคุณภาพ ที่ตรวจพบทั้งภายนอกและภายใน โดยการแก้ไขปัญหา และป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดปัญหาซ้ำ 5. ดำเนินการปรับปรุง และพัฒนาระบบคุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง 6. ดำเนินการตอบสนองปัญหา หรือข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้าภายนอก โดยนำมาวิเคราะห์ถึงสาเหตุของปัญหา ดำเนินการแก้ไขและป้องกัน ด้วยเทคนิครายงาน 8D 7. กำหนดแผนและทวนสอบการวิเคราะห์ระบบการวัด (MSA) สำหรับพนักงานตรวจสอบคุณภาพ 8. PPAP 9. รับผิดชอบงานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ
  2. อายุ 25 ปี ขึ้นไป
  3. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
  4. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาจีนได้ (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  5. มีประกบการณ์ด้านออโต้พลาส และอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  6. มีความรู้และสามารถอ่าน Drawing ได้
  7. มีความกระตือรือร้น รอบคอบ มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และมีความรับผิดชอบในการทำงาน
  8. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี
  9. สามารถเดินทางมาทำงานเองได้
  10. สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
