Job Descriptions
1. Responsible for overseeing the trial production of new products, including creating and maintaining related documents. 2. Analyze current production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 3. Monitor process performance using KPIs and recommend corrective actions when necessary. 4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure smooth process integration. 5. Provide technical support and training to production staff to enhance efficiency and competency. 6. Investigate and resolve issues related to production processes and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure quality. 7. Responsible for the production related documents, SOP, SIP, ISO requirements.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelors degree in engineering, Industrial related field
  2. Good communication in English, Chinese is a plus
  3. Able to read, interpret and understand engineering drawing, customer specification and requirement, and other specifications.
  4. Be familiar with and use the tools of APQP,PPAP,FMEA,SPC,MSA
  5. Teamwork spirit
  6. Work experience in related field at least 1 year.
