ดำเนินธุรกิจกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์ SHAMPOOS และ TREATMENTS ภายใต้แบรนด์ SOULGOOD เพื่อสุขภาพหนังศีรษะที่ดีคือจุดเริ่มต้นของเส้นผมที่แข็งแรง
- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
- Content Strategy Development : Crafting and overseeing content strategies that resonate with target audiences and support marketing goals.
- Content Creation : Writing, editing, and producing various content forms, including videos, infographics and social media posts.
- Campaign Management : Oversee the development, implementation and performance analysis of digital marketing campaigns across various channels and ensuring effective targeting and ROI analysis.
- Performance Analysis : Conduct analysis on marketing campaign performance and report key metrics to derive insights and inform future strategies.
- Budget Management : Develop and manage marketing budgets, optimizing resource allocation.
- Collaboration : Working with designers, marketers and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging across all plat form.
Qualifications
- At least bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in leadership roles and managing marketing campaigns.
- Experience in FMCG will be advantage.
- Young active individual who are creative yet have analytical skills to interpre data, develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that resonate with target audience.
- Working effectively within teams to drive innovation while regularly assessing and refining marketing efforts based on performance data.
- Proficiency in marketing digital analytics platforms would be a plus.
