Job Descriptions

1.) Manage and supervise all activities relevant in production process to ensure that the production output is meet UPH and delivery plan. 2.) Problem solving in the production process and improvement with a focus on Quality, Cost, Delivery and Safety (QCDS). 3.) Monitoring and analyze production data and make the descision as neccessary. 4.) Support and collaboration to all departments to meet company's objectives and policy. 5.) Tasks assign by management team.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above.
Major electronic or have experience about the electronic manufacturing.
Familiar with quality control standards, methods and processes, and able/Experienced in PCB and Assembiy process will be adventage to quickly identify and solve quality problems.
Good planning, organization, negotiation, communication and coordination skills.
Team spirit and sense of responsibility.
