Job Descriptions
Job Responsibilities: 1.Analyze platform entertainment trends and user preferences, plan group broadcast themes, processes, and interactive elements, and write detailed scripts. Select suitable hosts, popular products, or quality content, and create a unique live broadcast room. 2.Participate in anchor recruitment and select suitable talent for the group broadcast style. Conduct systematic training covering talent development and speech refinement. Regularly review live broadcast performance and implement incentive mechanisms to improve the team’s effectiveness. 3.Monitor during live broadcasts to control the pace, handle unexpected technical or content issues, and optimize live broadcasts based on data to increase viewer retention and engagement. 4.Create a fan community, set group rules, plan benefits, and guide traffic back to the live broadcast, increasing fan engagement and retention. 5.Work with platform operations to secure traffic advantages and event participation rights. Expand partnerships with influencers, brands, etc., to increase exposure and attract new traffic. •Working Hours: 12:00-22:00 (with the group).
Qualifications
  1. Quick to adapt to new trends and capture internet culture.
  2. Proactive, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
  3. High emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, quick thinking, and strong organizational abilities.
  4. Prior experience in live broadcast operations is a plus.
