Job Descriptions

Job Responsibilities: 1.Primarily responsible for operating live broadcast cameras, understanding camera equipment, and ensuring all devices are properly maintained and functioning. 2.Responsible for camera position setup and adjustments, skilled in live broadcast camera operation techniques with a good sense of composition and visual aesthetics. 3.Work with the dance troupe to film live broadcasts and dance segments. Creative ideas for display, lighting, color matching, and filming are highly appreciated. 4.Ensure equipment is tested and connected before broadcasts to guarantee smooth operation. 5.Collaborate with platform technical support to ensure smooth broadcasts. 6.Monitor platform and equipment performance and troubleshoot as needed. 7.Stay updated on technical advancements, hardware, and software to ensure continuous improvement of technical plans. 8.Conduct site surveys and provide technical support for live broadcast environments. 9.Film promotional videos, brand videos, and short clips as needed. 10.Work with the planning team to develop shooting plans, establish camera language, and set requirements. •Working Hours: 12:00-19:00, 19:00-24:00 (with the group).

Qualifications

Proficient in using photography equipment (cameras, camcorders, stabilizers) to complete multi-scene, multi-angle shooting tasks.
Able to independently handle basic video lighting, enhancing image quality and visual effects.
Proficient in different types of video styles (e.g., short dramas, documentaries, promotional videos) and skilled at capturing natural emotions and dynamic compositions.
Work closely with the post-production team, providing shooting materials and feedback to refine video content.
Strong team spirit, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
