Job Descriptions
Job Responsibility
1.Identify and engage with potential customers in the field service industry through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and attending industry events.
2. Work closely with prospects and demonstrate how our solution can address their specific pain points.
3. Lead contract negotiations, handle objections, and close deals by securing contracts and agreements that align with customer requirements and business objectives.
4. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, serving as a trusted advisor to help them. Foster long-term relationships for future renewals and upsell opportunities.
5. Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and customer needs in the field service industry. Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Have at least 2 years of experience and background in sales.
- Passionate and have a “hungry” mindset.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
- Ability to work comfortably under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- If you have worked in a startup environment before will be a plus.
- If you have experience in working with digital solutions and/or SaaS sales before will be a plus.
