Job Descriptions

•Plan, schedule, and manage all linehaul movements to meet service commitments. •Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and operational policies. •Monitor and manage the performance of linehaul routes, adjusting as necessary to optimize efficiency. •Ensure that all truck/shipment are 100% proactively monitored and on track by using appropriate tracking tools •To setup Control Tower Dashboard, GPS for transport management system but also manual phone calling to own fleet/vendor truck controller team or driver when required. •Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure the availability of drivers and equipment. •Develop and manage the linehaul budget. •Analyze operational costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality. •Negotiate contracts and rates with third-party carriers and suppliers. •Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, with a focus on linehaul operations.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
