Job Descriptions
Responsibilities -Lead the Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQCDP) Performance for designated groups. -Direct SQCDP initiatives: set targets, implement plans, track daily results, and make appropriate adjustments in resource planning in order to attain desired results. -Drive actions for improvement: communicate with the Production -Unit Manager, Production Supervisor of other shifts, and support functions to ensure a transparent information flow, collaborate to define improvement areas and action plans. -Manage team performance: know team problems, define areas for performance improvements with team members, drive teamwork, lead problem solving groups, lead workshops on quality improvement (5S, TPM, 6M). -Manage the personnel issues of the assigned team. -Ensure daily team management: assure appropriate headcount, ensure the respect of standardized work methods, and assure presence on the floor to answer questions or address problems. -Responsible for shift schedule to include employee vocations or leaves, employee break, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees and shift rotations. -Develop the team: ensure proper staffing, integrate new team members, foster individual development plans, advice and arrange for appropriate training, assure punctual job evaluations, etc. -Compliance and strict on standards and working processes. -Ensure that working conditions are fully compliant with Company HSE standards: interfere in production line in case of safety risks and drive improvement of working conditions and ergonomics.
Qualifications
  1. Completed not below high vocational diploma
  2. Knowledge of measuring equipment
  3. Good Team Player
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Operational level of English communication
  7. Knowledge of measuring equipment
