Job Descriptions

1.Responsible for the promotion, training, and implementation of process documents. 2. Responsible for modifying and optimizing the work instructions and other process documents of mass-produced models. 3.Responsible for the verification and optimization of welding process parameters of mass-produced models. 4.Participate in the progress follow-up of quality problem rectification of mass-produced models. 5. Participate in the design review and signing of the welding production line. 6.Responsible for the improvement and maintenance of welding fixtures, aids, tools, molds, and station tools. Participate in the optimization of the cycle of the existing production line and efficiency improvement. 7. Responsible for compiling and modifying the consumption quota of production auxiliary materials. 8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

Familiar with the process of automobile manufacturing and equipment related knowledge;
Have a solid theoretical foundation and technical work experience, can solve the stamping / welding / painting / assembly process related technical problems;
Able to write technical documents such as process regulations and design tooling aids;
Have good expression ability and communication ability, good teamwork spirit;
Strong adaptability, high sense of responsibility and professionalism;
Skilled use of office software, UG, AutoCAD and other application software.
