Job Descriptions

1、Responsible for the process documents, training, implementation; 2、Responsible for modifying and optimizing process documents such as operating instructions for mass production models; 3、Responsible for the optimization of process parameter verification of mass production models; 4、Participate in the mass production model quality problem rectification progress follow-up; 5、Participate in the design review and countersigning of welding production line; 6、Responsible for the improvement and maintenance of jigs, fixtures, auxiliary tools, tools, molds and work station apparatus; 7、Participate in the existing production line beat optimization and efficiency enhancement; 8、Responsible for the preparation and modification of production auxiliary material consumption quota; 9、Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

Familiar with the process of automobile manufacturing and equipment related knowledge;
Have a solid theoretical foundation and technical work experience, can solve the stamping / welding / painting / assembly process related technical problems;
Able to write technical documents such as process regulations and design tooling aids;
Have good expression ability and communication ability, good teamwork spirit;
Strong adaptability, high sense of responsibility and professionalism;
Skilled use of office software, UG, AutoCAD and other application software.
