Job Descriptions

(1) Ability to perform and deliver products and services in a timely manner within the assigned area and to utilize the correct amount of resources within specifications taking into account material, machine, personnel and environmental conditions; (2) Ensure that team members understand the direction of the work (including mission, vision, strategy, goals, rules, safety laws and regulations, etc.); (3) Performs and communicates in accordance with company communication principles and Assembly Plant Manufacturing Principles (AMS); (4) Performs first line manager tasks related to personnel and financial management; (5) Accountable for the goal setting process for assigned team; (6) Follows up on the results of his/her own team's work and prioritizes help and treatment when necessary; (7) Work positively and be cost conscious on assigned team; (8) Ensuring the finalization of laws, regulations and processes; (9) Approves non-operational tasks assigned to the team and ensures that they help the team perform its operational tasks more streamlined and efficiently; (10) Supervising, inspecting and instructing the shift operators to work in strict accordance with the technical documentation; (11) Ensuring that the products produced and processed on this shift meet the requirements; (12) Ensuring consistency in the production of processed products.
