Job Descriptions

participate in all HES activities.

Inspect and advise on compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental laws.

Guide staff and contractors on risk analysis, regulations, and procedures.

Train staff and contractors on safe work practices.

Investigate accidents, illnesses, or incidents and report findings with resolutions.

Ensure PPE compliance on-site.

Enforce adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal standards; stop unsafe work.

Monitor working conditions (e.g., gas levels).

Verify compliance with Permit to Work regulations.

Ensure emergency response systems are ready.

Suggest HES improvements.

Prepare HES inspection reports and meetings, and close outstanding items promptly.

ตรวจสอบและให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายด้านความปลอดภัย สุขภาพ และสิ่งแวดล้อม

แนะนำพนักงานและผู้รับเหมาด้านการวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยง กฎระเบียบ และขั้นตอนต่างๆ

ฝึกอบรมพนักงานและผู้รับเหมาเกี่ยวกับการทำงานอย่างปลอดภัย

สืบสวนอุบัติเหตุ โรค หรือเหตุการณ์ต่างๆ และรายงานผลพร้อมข้อเสนอแนะ

ตรวจสอบการการใช้ PPE ในไซต์งาน

ดูแลพนักงานให้ปฏิบัติตามนโยบาย ขั้นตอน และมาตรฐานทางกฎหมายของบริษัท; หยุดการทำงานที่ไม่ปลอดภัย

เฝ้าติดตามสภาพการทำงาน (เช่น ระดับแก๊ส)

ตรวจสอบใบอนุญาตทำงาน

จัดทำรายงานการตรวจสอบ HES และการประชุม

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational, Health and Safety or High Vocational Certificate
Minimum 2 years direct experience in construction business, oil & gas or related.
Certified Professional / Technical Safety Officer
English language communication both in written and spoken skills
Use of computer; MS Word, Excel
Able to work 6 month contract
Able to work M-F 7.30 - 17.00 and S 7.30 - 12.00
