Job Descriptions
Responsibilities - Monitor and ensure compliance with food regulations and laws in both domestic and international markets, supporting teams such as OEM, OBM, R&D, and Industrial. - Develop and maintain a database of food-related regulations, including food additives, labeling, and food category standards. - Review and approve product labels for accuracy and compliance with legal standards. - Provide guidance on regulatory requirements related to labeling, advertising, and product claims. - Manage product registration and renewal processes for FDA (e.g., product certificates, trademarks, patents) in local and global markets. - Coordinate product certifications, such as Halal, Kosher, and Non-GMO, with production facilities.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in food product registration and regulatory compliance, particularly with FDA and international standards.
  3. Strong knowledge of food laws, regulations, and quality standards.
  4. Excellent English reading and writing skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Strong communication and coordination skills.
  7. Detail-oriented with a passion for excellence.
  8. Hands-on experience in registering food products such as beverages and packaged foods.
  9. Knowledge of international food regulations is a plus.
