Job Descriptions
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, assessment, and interviews - Proactively search for qualified candidates. - Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates. - Identify new business opportunities and engage with potential clients to expand the client portfolio. - Communicate client needs clearly and present qualified candidates with detailed reports. - Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process smoothly Maintain an accurate and up-to-date candidate database Benefits: - Health/Medical Insurance (OPD / IPD) - Commission - Dental fee - Transportation cost from home to office (Round trip Actual cost) - Telephone Fee (700 THB/month) - Annual Leave 12 Days - Social Security - WFH (1day/week)
Qualifications
  1. At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a recruitment agency or HR consulting
  2. Proven experience or interest in Business Development (BD), including client acquisition and account management.
  3. Strong communication skills in both Thai and English
  4. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities Knowledge of multiple industries is an advantage
  5. Ability to work well under pressure and driven to achieve targets
