負責各項人力資源作業之執行，包括招募任用、教育訓練、薪資獎金、績效管理、員工晉升、差勤管理、離職管理、員工關係維護、人資行政理規章擬定等。 Responsible for executing various HR tasks, including recruitment and employment, training and development, salary and bonuses, performance management, employee promotions, attendance management, resignation management ,employee relations maintenance and formulating HR and administrative regulations.
