Job Descriptions
1. Develops new products or reformulated existing formulation for Nine Beauty. 2. Monitor industry regulations and ensure all product designs and formulations comply with industry standards, regulations, and production guidelines. 3. Involves the first production to ensure product quality is met specification. 4. Identify and source potential suppliers and factories that can fulfill product requirements. 5. Track and report on development progress, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor or a higher degree in Product Development, Marketing, R&D, or a related field preferred.
  2. At least 5 years experience in the product development team or OEM industry, preferably in the beauty product segment.
  3. Excellent in communication and presentation skills
  4. Experience in or passion for the beauty industry is an advantage.
  5. Highly motivated, with the ability to initiate innovative product ideas and solutions independently.
