Job Descriptions

1.Purchasing Function - Raw Material -Create Item system Navision contacting and co-ordinate with supplier for prices, product details and delivery. Issue PO for Purchasing -Create items for new products 2.Sales Function -Keep relationship with the old customers -Issue quotation -Selling contract -Co-ordinate with customer starting form received order until delivery, -Follow up to check customer’s satisfaction and new order. -For documents part do SO, Invoice for domestic and export. -Co-ordinate with the forwarding for shipment. -Co-ordinate with accounting for all issues about selling and billing documents 3.New product/New customers Function -Looking for new customers and follow up new products for suppliers 4.Devivery Function -Co-ordinate with production and packing -Co-ordinate with customers in case we cannot delivery or problems issues

Qualifications

-Thai Nationality
-Male/Female
-Age 25 - 30 years old.
-Bachelor’s degree in any field.
-Have experience 2- 3 years in Sales or Marketing in Industrial Material is a plus
-Good command in English
-Able to use computer in Word, Excel, Outlook.
-Have basic knowledge on ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949
-Has driver license
-Able to solve immediately problem by critical thinking skills, good problem solving
-Able to co-ordinate all parties by compromise skill. Also good communication
-Self planning and individual working no need wait for command
-Creative in presentation and able to contact and present products to new customers
-Able to work under pressure
