1.Manage a team to control quality and safety for all architectural, structural, systems, interior, and landscaping work. 2.Research and develop new innovations and technologies. 3.Manage a team to support the Research & Product Development, Sourcing & Purchasing, Construction Management team. 4.Develop the team to have increased work potential, including the use of innovation and new technology in design. 5.Manage a team of interior and exterior designers. Qualifications

อายุ 30-45 ปี
จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี-ปริญญาโท สาขาสถาปัตยกรรม
มีความสามารถในการติดต่อสื่อสารและทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี สนับสนุนการทำงานเป็นทีม
สามารถจัดการโครงการได้หลายๆ โครงการพร้อมกันอย่างดีและมีประสิทธิภาพ
หากมีความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
มีความรู้เรื่องการพัฒนาโครงการอาคารชุด บ้านจัดสรร โรงแรม
