- Oversee immigration reporting, including visa management, Certificate of Residence, Alien Book, 90-day reports, and work permits for expatriate employees and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and update HR policies in line with regulatory requirements.
- Submit training report to the government as required by law.
- Perform regular checks on new employees, ensuring background checks (credit bureau and criminal records) are conducted every month as part of the on-boarding process.
- Handle the preparation and management of employment contracts for new hires and existing employees.
- Update & maintain employee information.
- Tracking employee attendance and leave.
- Responsible for drafting and issuing warning letters to employees in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Support HR projects and any other duties, including ad hoc tasks, that may be reasonably assigned and expected in this role.
