Job Descriptions
岗位职责：
负责车间生产管理，确保生产计划顺利执行，达成各项生产目标；
监督并优化生产工艺流程，提升生产效率和产品质量；
负责车间安全管理，确保安全生产，落实相关安全操作规程；
组织车间员工培训，提高员工技能水平，提升团队管理能力；
协调各部门工作，确保生产稳定运行；
解决生产过程中出现的问题，优化改进生产管理模式。
任职要求：
男性，30-55岁，具备正规制造类企业工作经验；
具有化工、水泥、矿山等行业工作经验者优先；
具备较强的组织管理能力、团队协作能力及沟通能力；
具备基本的设备管理和生产流程优化能力。

Qualifications
