Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer Manager (Solar Cell) to lead and manage the engineering team responsible for the development, design, and production of solar cell technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in solar energy systems, along with leadership experience to guide and inspire a team of engineers to drive innovation, quality, and performance improvements in solar cell production. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership and Management: -Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers focused on the design, development, and improvement of solar cell technologies. Product Development and Innovation: -Spearhead the design and development of advanced solar cell technologies, focusing on improving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and performance. -Conduct in-depth analysis of current and emerging solar cell technologies, identifying opportunities for product enhancements or new developments. -Drive the research and development (R&D) of next-generation solar cell products to meet market needs. Project and Program Management: -Manage multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery, quality control, and adherence to budgets. Quality Assurance and Compliance: -Ensure the highest standards of product quality and performance are met through rigorous testing and validation processes. Resource and Budget Management: -Manage the engineering budget for solar cell development projects, optimizing resource allocation and expenditures. Collaboration and Communication: -Collaborate with other departments such as manufacturing, marketing, and sales to provide technical expertise and support for product launches and market strategies. Continuous Improvement: -Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the solar energy industry.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the solar energy industry, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven track record of successful project management in solar cell development or renewable energy systems.
Strong understanding of solar cell technology, materials, manufacturing processes, and efficiency optimization.
Strong technical expertise in solar cell development, design, and manufacturing.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Proficiency in engineering software and tools for design, simulation, and testing (e.g., MATLAB, AutoCAD, PVsyst, etc.).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex technical challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
