Key Responsibilities:
•Client Support
Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries, claims, and after-sales requests, mostly via email.
•Project Assistance
Help the Project Manager by organizing project details, keeping track of timelines, and assisting with documents to ensure everything runs smoothly.
•Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain good relationships with clients by answering their questions and keeping them updated, while informing the Project Manager.
•Communication
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and packaging requirements, ensuring everything is clear for project success.
•Product Research
Help research new packaging products and trends, using platforms like Alibaba to explore new opportunities.
•Internal Coordination
Work with internal teams and suppliers to solve any issues and ensure the project stays on track.
•Data Management
Keep accurate records of client communications, project progress, and supplier information to ensure everything is up-to-date.
