Job Descriptions- Manage, oversee, monitor, and audit all aspects of human resource management to ensure compliance with company policies and objectives.
- Lead initiatives in employee development and organizational development to enhance workforce capabilities and organizational growth.
- Oversee corporate communications and public relations efforts to align with the company's branding and communication strategies.
- Supervise the administration and office management operations to ensure maximum efficiency in line with company goals.

Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, General Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in human resource management or development.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial-level position.
- Proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills (mandatory).
