Job Summary (สรุปงานโดยย่อ) : The Mechanical Engineer handles the design and development product in the mechanical area from initiation phase to final production phase as well as taking care of any technical issues reported later after the product / project was delivered. Responsibilities(ความรับผิดชอบ) : Design & Development: - Develop innovative mechanical solutions that align with product requirements and company standards. - Create detailed 3D CAD models and engineering drawings for mechanical components and assemblies. Collaboration: - Work closely with industrial designers, electrical engineers, embedded engineers, and software developers to ensure cohesive product development. - Participate in cross-departmental reviews to integrate mechanical designs with electronic, software, and aesthetic requirements. Prototyping & Testing: - Build and evaluate prototypes to validate designs and functionality. - Conduct performance tests, analyze data, and iterate designs to meet performance and quality standards. Manufacturing Support: - Collaborate with the production team to ensure manufacturability of designs. - Provide technical support and documentation for the assembly line production process. Problem-Solving:Design - Identify and resolve mechanical design challenges during development and production stages. - Implement cost-effective and efficient solutions to optimize product performance and reliability. Documentation: - Maintain detailed records of design iterations, test results, and final specifications. - Create technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in mechanical design, product development, and manufacturing processes.
Proven experience in product development and manufacturing, including end-to-end processes from concept to production
Experiences in unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) or aerospace products, including airframes, propulsion systems, and flight-critical components.
Familiarity with UAV flight testing protocols, data acquisition, and analysis for flight performance and system optimization is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Good command in English.
