Job Descriptions
- Prepare related documents for Visa application.
- Contact and consult with client and give advice to clients and maintain strong working relationships with all clients.
- Contact and deal with government authority and The Labor department.
- Data tracking of visa and work permit expiry date, 90 days report.
- Well-versed with different type of visa and work permit processes, i.e., BOI, Business type (Non BOI)
- Provide main point of contact assistance to clients regarding visa and work permit issues.
- Liaise with clients and assignees regarding full immigration process.
- Provide advice and training on immigration issues to the client and direct issues.
- Maintain a high performance customer driven culture with an emphasis on very satisfied customers and evidence of customer fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in any field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven Visa & Immigration (Non-BOI) and BOI experience.
- Good command of English; reading, writing, speaking.
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet.
