รับสมัครงาน: เจ้าหน้าที่ CS Import-Export Shipping 1. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน CS Import-Export Shipping 1-3 ปี (หากไม่มีประสบการณ์ ต้องจบตรงสายงานและเคยผ่านการฝึกงาน) 2.ความรู้ด้าน Shipping และการจัดทำเอกสารชิปปิ้ง (ชอร์) 3.ติดต่อประสานงาน สายเรือ และเอเจนย์ อื่นๆ - หยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์ - เงินเดือน: 15K-35 K (หรือตามการเจรจา) สถานที่ทำงาน: My Office กรุงเทพ ถนนเจริญกรุง
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย / เพศหญิง อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรีหรือเทียบเท่า (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
  3. สามารถใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ดี (MS Office, อีเมล)
  4. มีใจรักงานบริการ และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีม
  5. หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขายหรือโลจิสติกส์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. มีทักษะการสื่อสารดี ทั้งพูดและเขียน
  7. บริษัทมีระบบ CRM สำหรับการติดตามลูกค้า
  8. มีความรู้ด้าน Shipping และการจัดทำเอกสารชิปปิ้ง (ชอร์)
  9. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน CS Import-Export Shipping 1-3 ปี (หากไม่มีประสบการณ์ ต้องจบตรงสายงานและเคยผ่านการฝึกงาน)
  10. มีความรับผิดชอบ แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  11. สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
  12. มีทักษะการประสานงานกับลูกค้าองค์กร
