Job Descriptions
• Recruit assigned employees to meet the company's goal
• Internal and client coordination for interviewing and submitting employees to work
• Construct recruitment report summarization
• Other assignments related to the recruitment process
Qualifications
- Male-Female age 24 - 35 years
- Graduated Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in recruitment
- Ability to communicate in English
- Skilled in communication, negotiation, and coordination
- Provide high leadership and good human relations
- Skilled in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experienced in outsourcing recruitment (special consideration)
