Job DescriptionsBusiness Analysis:
Collaborate with clients & PM to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend optimal solutions.
Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, user stories, wireframes, workflow diagrams.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions with stakeholders.
Implementation:
Oversee the end-to-end implementation of software solutions, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
Configure software products to meet client-specific requirements and industry standards under PM supervisory.
Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshoot issues to ensure quality outcomes.
Provide training and support to clients and end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and use of the software.
Project Coordination:
Work closely with project managers, developers, Ux/Ui and QA teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Develop project plans, timelines, and status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
Monitor project risks and issues, proactively addressing them to minimize impact.
