Job Descriptions
1.Develop and implement strategies to increase sales on marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada. 2.Oversee and manage online stores on our website to optimize performance and deliver an excellent customer experience. Analyze ROI to assess effectiveness and adjust plans to align with business objectives. 3.Manage backend systems such as Admin Panel, Magento, and Shopify to ensure smooth operations. 4.Collaborate with web development teams on various projects, including system enhancements and troubleshooting. Serve as the primary liaison between IT/Website developer teams and external stakeholders. 5.Design and execute marketing plans and promotional campaigns to increase customer reach and sales. Develop creative activities and promotional strategies to engage customers. 6.Optimize promotional plans to meet sales targets effectively. 7.Lead ecommerce and web development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful outcomes aligned with business goals. 8.Analyze data to identify actionable insights and drive business strategies. 9.Prepare and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate key information to teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce, with a proven track record of managing online platforms and driving sales growth.
  3. Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other data analysis tools.
  4. Proficient in English (both written and spoken); experience working with international teams is an advantage.
  5. Strong knowledge of backend systems such as Magento, Shopify, and Admin Panel.
  6. In-depth understanding of marketplace operations on platforms like Shopee and Lazada.
  7. Excellent project management skills, capable of independently leading projects from start to finish.
