Job DescriptionsHR:
•Develops and implements HR strategies and policies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
•Oversees the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
•Manages employee performance and development programs.
•Creates and maintains a positive and productive work environment.
•Ensures compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
•Provide Training system for development.
•Set up and maintain compensation and benefit balance with company budget.
•Strong knowledge about SSO, Work Permit & Work Visa for foreigner.
•Can set up company regulation and controlling.
•Other job will assign by supervisor.
BOI:
* Create BOI Machine master list and Material Master list.
* Create Production Formular in order to request approval from BOI.
* Compose, prepare, edit letters and contact BOI and IC for import and cut stock raw material
* Apply to get approval from BOI (Scrap, Dispose of waste).
* Follow import shipment co-operate with custom & BOI department.
* Support business under BOI's regulations and Laws and ensure the Company get great benefits under BOI
* Handle other assignments or work in ad-hoc projects as needed
