Job Descriptions
Lead Acquisition and Sales Growth: o Proactively seek and acquire new leads to expand the customer base. o Identify and pursue opportunities to generate new business and increase sales volume. o Develop and implement strategies to grow sales in existing customer accounts. Customer Maintenance and Sales Volume Increase: o Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. o Identify opportunities to increase sales volume within existing customer accounts. o Provide exceptional customer service and support to retain and grow the customer base. Coordinate with International Customers for Product Exports: o Establish and maintain strong relationships with international customers. o Manage communications to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues related to product exports. o Ensure all export documentation is accurate and compliant with international regulations. Internal Liaison for Project Advancement: o Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and logistics, to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects for international customers. o Facilitate internal meetings and communications to push forward project timelines and objectives. International Trade Shows and Events: o Plan, organize, and manage the setup of booths at international trade shows. o Represent the company at trade shows, engage with potential customers, and generate new business leads. o Coordinate post-event follow-ups to convert leads into sales opportunities. Coordination with Relevant Agencies: o Collaborate with governmental and regulatory agencies such as the Department of International Trade Promotion (DIPT) to ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations. o Stay informed about international trade policies and communicate relevant updates to internal teams.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Proven experience 15+ years in export and 5+ years in management roll within the Food and Beverages or FMCG industry, is a must
  3. Experience in international business development, with a successful track record of expanding into new markets, is a plus
  4. Basic knowledge in Incoterm, International Payment Term, International Trade Agreement
  5. Strong communication both written and spoken in Thai and English, motivation, negotiation and presentation skills.
  6. Good organizational, attention to detail and time management skills.
  7. Good problem solving and analytical skills with an ability to communicate technical discussion with relevant teams.
  8. Sales oriented attitude and strong sales skills are required.
  9. People skills, having convincing skills to effectively collaborate with other departments/ teams.
  10. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
