Job DescriptionsKey Responsibilities:
1.Account Management & Relationship Building
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts in the automotive EV sector.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and client retention.
- Identify and understand the client’s strategic goals, business needs, and technical requirements.
- Conduct regular business reviews and meetings to ensure clients' expectations are met and identify new opportunities.
2.Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive sales growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, including cross-selling and up-selling additional products or services.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to create tailored solutions for clients, ensuring that proposals meet both business and technical requirements.
- Develop detailed account plans, including sales forecasts and revenue targets.
3.Market & Product Expertise
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes in the EV and automotive industries.
- Provide feedback from customers to help shape product development and business strategy.
- Serve as an expert on electric vehicle technologies, charging infrastructure, energy solutions, and the broader EV ecosystem.
4.Project Management & Coordination
- Oversee the delivery of EV-related products and services to clients, ensuring that timelines, quality, and budgets are adhered to.
- Coordinate internal teams (sales, marketing, engineering, customer service, etc.) to ensure the successful execution of client projects.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during project delivery and resolve client concerns effectively.
5.Negotiation & Contract Management
- Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with key accounts.
- Ensure all agreements are aligned with company policies and financial targets.
