Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities: 1.Account Management & Relationship Building - Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts in the automotive EV sector. - Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and client retention. - Identify and understand the client’s strategic goals, business needs, and technical requirements. - Conduct regular business reviews and meetings to ensure clients' expectations are met and identify new opportunities. 2.Sales Strategy & Business Development - Develop and execute account strategies to drive sales growth. - Identify new business opportunities, including cross-selling and up-selling additional products or services. - Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to create tailored solutions for clients, ensuring that proposals meet both business and technical requirements. - Develop detailed account plans, including sales forecasts and revenue targets. 3.Market & Product Expertise - Stay updated on the latest trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes in the EV and automotive industries. - Provide feedback from customers to help shape product development and business strategy. - Serve as an expert on electric vehicle technologies, charging infrastructure, energy solutions, and the broader EV ecosystem. 4.Project Management & Coordination - Oversee the delivery of EV-related products and services to clients, ensuring that timelines, quality, and budgets are adhered to. - Coordinate internal teams (sales, marketing, engineering, customer service, etc.) to ensure the successful execution of client projects. - Troubleshoot any issues that arise during project delivery and resolve client concerns effectively. 5.Negotiation & Contract Management - Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with key accounts. - Ensure all agreements are aligned with company policies and financial targets.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Automotive, or related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  2. 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development in the automotive.
  3. Proven experience managing large, complex accounts with a strong understanding of EV technologies, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Deep understanding of the automotive EV market, including electric drivetrains, battery technology, charging infrastructure, and related energy solutions
  6. Fluency in Chinese (both written and spoken) is often required.
