Job DescriptionsThe General Manager will oversee all retail operations, ensuring that Antidotes' service standards are consistently maintained across all branches. This role involves running daily operations, managing sales staff, arranging rosters, resolving storefront issues, and managing expenses. The General Manager will also work closely with management to motivate employees, maintain a professional and respectful work environment free from misconduct, improve service quality, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and provide empowerment to the sales staff across all branches.
- Create and manage rosters to ensure optimal staffing at all locations. Occasionally step in to work as sales staff during busy periods or to address staffing shortages.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality customer service across all branches. Quality control and evaluate the services of sales staff.
- Track employee attendance and leaves and ensure punctual attendances.
- Oversee and evaluate staff performance. Ensure there is no misconduct among staff and uphold a professional working environment.
Operations and Service Quality
Lead daily operations efficiently, managing and controlling costs and expenses.
Oversee the tidiness, hygiene, ambiance, and presentation of all stores to ensure they align with Antidotes' brand standards.
Address and resolve any operational issues that may arise in-store or with customers.
Work with the stock manager to ensure smooth stock replenishment.
Monitor sales trends and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
Collaborate with management to implement strategies for enhancing store operations and meeting sales targets.
