•Implement strategies to optimize working capital, including accounts receivable and payable management.
•Manage and monitor the performance of the collections team, setting targets and KPIs.
•Handle escalated cases of non-payment and negotiate repayment plans.
•Ensure all collection activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
•Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting debt collection
•Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
