- Conduct training sessions in both theoretical and practical aspects, including customer service, teamwork, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring they align with staff needs and the service standards established by the restaurants.
- Develop internal training materials, such as training courses, operational manuals, and supporting documents, while also sourcing external training programs for staff development.
- Manage the training department's budget in compliance with company guidelines.
