Job Descriptions1. Reverse Process Management: Fully responsible for the quality inspection, inbound, shelving, and inventory tasks for returns in the warehouse, ensuring a smooth process.
2. Team Collaboration: Efficiently connect the workflows of the QC team and customer service team to ensure seamless integration of the reverse logistics process.
3. Warehouse Operation Optimization: Ensure that all returns are timely processed for inbound, quality check, and shelving on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, maintaining a healthy warehouse capacity and preventing backlogs.
4. Defective Product Handling: Handle the disposal, destruction, and related reporting for defective products, ensuring compliance with the process.
5. Cross-Department Communication: Maintain close cooperation with the Thailand customer service team and the Shanghai team to ensure smooth information flow and solve issues during the return process.
6. Work Reporting: Regularly report work progress to the reverse logistics manager, providing effective data analysis and optimization suggestions.
