Job Descriptions
- Control and monitor production line.
- Manage Line Balancing, Kanban, Kaizen, TPS, OEE
- Manage productivity per shift.
- Manage manpower per shift.
- Solve problems in the production department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering fields, preferably Mechanical
- Able to communicate in English.
- At least 5 years of experience in production engineer or supervisor, manpower & productivity management.
- Leadership, Hands on, good prioritize, good problem-solving during shift and on shift
