Job Descriptions
- Provides billing invoices to customers in a timely manner on all completed jobs - Verifies shipping documents and receipts as well as freight and DO before issuing invoices to customers. - Prepares pay-in to clarify the kind of LCL, FCL, consoles for each document and declares all payments for customers. - Liaises with Customs Brokerage Officers and other employees, if necessary, to process billing and provide invoice to the respective customer with utmost accuracy.
Qualifications
  1. Diploma in accounting/financial or any related field
  2. Experience in position responsible for issuing invoice
  3. Basic English literacy
