Job Descriptions
• Act as project leader for preparation of timely and accurate financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare financial reports in compliance with Thai financial regulations and assist with adjustments to align with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Develop and implement commission policies for partners, ensuring accurate commission calculations to maintain stable business relationships.
• Manage company funds, allocate resources effectively, ensuring financial security and liquidity.
• Track and analyze actual spending versus budget.
• Complete corporate income tax, VAT, and withholding tax filings on time.
• Assist the company during tax audits, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
• Review business performance, prepare ratio analysis and prepare in-depth report for management on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Prepare and analyze the three main financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement), providing data support and recommendations to management.
• Provide critical financial data and cost analysis to help optimize operational efficiency.
• Organize periodic asset inventory and inspection to ensure accuracy and security of assets.
• Collaborate data gathering with other functions.
• Communicate proactively with business departments, providing timely financial support to ensure the company's development.
• Assist in optimizing financial processes and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and readily available.
• Collaborate to identify and manage key financial risks.
• Conduct cash flow projections.
Qualifications
- This position is open to Thai nationals only and requires English proficiency sufficient for daily work.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in finance, with a preference for backgrounds in the healthcare industry or multinational companies.
- Experience in budget management, inventory management, and commission calculations is a plus.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to organize and analyze data.
- Fluent in English, capable of clear communication with international teams and partners.
- Dedicated, responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and focused on teamwork and accountability.
