Job Descriptions

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute procurement plans for various materials, goods, and services. Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best prices and terms. Monitor market trends to assess and identify cost-saving opportunities. Manage supplier relationships to ensure their performance meets company standards. Coordinate cross-departmental communications to align procurement needs with company goals. Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstock or stockouts. Manage procurement contracts, including renewals and updates. Resolve any supply chain issues, including delivery delays and quality problems. Regularly review and optimize procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Prepare and analyze procurement-related reports and data to support decision-making for management.

Qualifications

Fluent in Chinese and Thai
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
Familiarity with procurement processes and supply chain management best practices.
Strong negotiation skills and cost awareness.
Ability to work independently and as a team player.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
