• Provide advanced support for D365 F&O, addressing and resolving complex issues and incidents.
• Perform system configuration, customization, and integration to meet business requirements.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, including troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
• Configure and customize D365 F&O to align with business processes and requirements.
• Develop and implement customizations, workflows, and reports as needed.
• Offer technical support to end-users, assisting with system navigation, feature usage, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to enhance user proficiency and adoption of D365 F&O.
• Act as a subject matter expert, answering user queries and providing guidance on system capabilities.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful execution and integration of D365 solutions.
• Document project requirements, specifications, and outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for D365 configurations, customizations, and procedures.
• Prepare and present reports on system performance, incidents, and enhancement requests to the Application Support Manager.
• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other IT staff to align D365 F&O with organizational needs.
• Make sure the ERP system satisfies both user and business requirements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on system changes and enhancements.
