Job Descriptions

Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the facility to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment. - Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, systems, and facilities. - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Manage budgets and track expenditures related to facility operations and maintenance. - Develop and implement facility policies and procedures. - Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards. - Plan and oversee facility upgrades, renovations, and construction projects. - Manage facility-related emergencies and ensure business continuity plans are in place. - Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility management or related role.
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in facility management software and tools.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
Proficiency in both Thai and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
