-Develop and implement internal audit plans and strategies. -Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of improvement. -Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and processes. -Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management. -Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. -Collaborate with various departments to address audit findings and recommendations. -Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations. -Lead and mentor a team of internal auditors. -Stay updated with the latest auditing standards and practices. -Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed. -Develop and maintain audit documentation and records. -Provide training and support to staff on internal control and compliance matters. -Identify and assess potential risks to the organization. -Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance internal controls. -Conduct special investigations and audits as required. -Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of audit information. -Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. -Prepare and present audit findings to the audit committee. -Maintain a high level of professional ethics and integrity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field or in Accounting or Finance.
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or equivalent certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing.
Strong understanding of auditing standards and practices.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Experience in risk assessment and internal control evaluation.
Experience in developing and implementing audit plans.
Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry trends.
