Job Descriptions
Marketing Strategy • Market trends analysis for both emerging market trends and consumer behaviors Develop New Product • Conduct market research to understand target's needs and behavior in order to develop new product or marketing campaigns • Lead NPD project from ideation to launch the product • Initiate new campaign according to marketing strategy • Collaborate with cross-functional team to drive new product and marketing campaigns • Support all administrative tasks in marketing tasks Marketing Campaign • Brief marketing communication department to develop materials for launching new campaigns • Oversee all designs and contents for the campaign • Assist in the execution of marketing campaign Market and Competitors • Monitor competitors and market movements
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or related field
  2. Proven experience in Product Marketing such as branding, develop NPD
  3. Demonstrate marketing expertise, creativity, teamwork, and excellent communication
  4. Demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking skills
  5. Having experience in small appliance product will be advantage
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
